Grounded in the principles of God, Family, and Football, Coach James Moore brings a powerful blend of faith-centered leadership, player development, and competitive excellence to Houston’s first National Junior College Prep football program.

With over a decade of coaching experience across youth, high school, and collegiate-prep levels, Coach Moore has built a reputation for transforming athletes into disciplined young men—on and off the field. His coaching philosophy is simple but unwavering: develop the character first, and the athlete will follow. He believes every player is capable of greatness when given structure, accountability, and someone who truly believes in them.

Coach Moore is known for his relentless work ethic, detail-driven approach, and ability to build strong relationships with his players. He leads with purpose, teaches with patience, and competes with passion. Whether he’s breaking down film, installing a new scheme, or mentoring a student through real-life decisions, he brings the same level of heart and intentionality.

As the coach, his mission is clear:

build a program that gives athletes a second chance, a real opportunity, and a pathway to the next level—academically, athletically, and personally.

Off the field, Coach Moore is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife Jasmine raise their twins, Jade and Josiah, with the same values he instills in his players: faith, discipline, humility, and perseverance.

Coach Moore is honored to lead Houston’s first NJCPrep football team and is committed to setting a new standard of excellence—one built on integrity, accountability, and brotherhood. Under his leadership, this program will not only compete at the highest level, but will change lives for generations to come.
