Derrick Lott

Coach Derrick Lott enters his 1st season as the recruiting director/Defensive Backs Coach for the Las Vegas Posse. Bringing over 20+ years of gridiron coaching and playing experience, Coach Lott specializes in Core development ,high-tempo spread offenses / aggressive  defensive schemes and advanced player development.

Prior to joining the Las Vegas Posse, he served as the Assistant Head coach and Defensive Coordinator at Corey Graham Academy,a Juco program where he successfully mentored numerous college and high school players.

As a former standout playing multiple  position, QB/Wr/DB/Safety.Coach Lott couples first-hand competitive knowledge with a coaching philosophy rooted in discipline, film mastery, and mental toughness. He is fully committed to preparing student-athletes to excel both on the turf and as leaders in their community.
