Coach Donald Paul Buck brings a strong background in strength and conditioning, special teams, athletic performance, and player development. He has coached at the high school level, including serving as Strength & Conditioning Coordinator and Special Teams Coordinator at Gulf Shores High School, where he developed athletes through structured programs focused on strength, speed, explosiveness, conditioning, mobility, and football fundamentals.A nutrition-certified coach and experienced personal trainer, Coach Buck is committed to developing athletes both physically and mentally while emphasizing discipline, accountability, toughness, preparation, and teamwork. His coaching philosophy centers on helping athletes reach their potential and building the habits necessary to compete at a high level.
