National Junior College Prep Football League Announces Letter of Intent with Crown Equity Holdings, Inc.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. / CRWE Press Release / July 29, 2026 — National Junior College Prep Conference Corporation (“NJCPCC”), doing business National Junior College Prep (NJCP) Football League, announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Crown Equity Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: CRWE), marking a significant milestone in NJCP's continued expansion.
The Letter of Intent outlines the parties' intention to pursue a definitive agreement. If completed, and subject to customary closing conditions, NJCPCC will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Crown Equity Holdings while retaining its company name, leadership, and mission. Shawn Jones will continue to serve as President of NJCPCC.
For athletes and their families, day to day operations will remain unchanged. NJCP will continue under the same leadership and the same focus on player development, verified game film and college advancement. The proposed relationship is designed to give the league additional resources to grow its reach, strengthen its media presence, and create more opportunities for athletes across the country.
The proposed transaction remains subject to the negotiation and execution of a definitive agreement and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Until then, NJCP will continue operating as normal while preparing for the 2026 season.
The league's mission remains the same: creating meaningful opportunities for overlooked football players to continue developing, compete at a high level, and earn exposure to college programs.
Building the Future of Post-Grad Football
College football has changed dramatically over the past decade. The transfer portal, shifting rosters, and year-round recruiting have created new opportunities, but they have also left many talented athletes searching for another path after high school. NJCP was created to meet that need.
As the first national junior college prep football system, NJCP provides overlooked athletes with a structured post-graduate season featuring live competition, verified game film, experienced coaching staffs, and national media exposure. The league was built to help players continue developing while remaining visible to college coaches.
The proposed relationship with Crown Equity Holdings is intended to support the next phase of that vision by strengthening NJCP’s digital infrastructure, expanding media reach, and helping the league grow its national footprint while continuing to serve student-athletes across the country.
